Terms

This is a contract between the listed party and Elite Driving School to teach drivers education for a fee. The package is 30 hours of classroom and 6 hours of Behind The Wheel (BTW) instruction for $369, Classroom only for $119, -18 BTW only for $279 and 18+ BTW only for $50 per hour. If the student is unavailable to complete driver education because of illness they will be given a prorated refund based on the amount of education that was performed. There may be more than one student in the car during some portion of the BTW lesson. Other requirements:

• 24 hour notice on any BTW cancellations
• Student must have a permit in immediate possession upon BTW date
• Student must be at location at the agreed upon date and time for BTW

If any of these requirements are not met there is a $45 fee charged to the student. There is a $75 fee charged on any returned checks. Elite Driving School does not guarantee a license. Course should be completed within one year.
